Sophie by default sets up an internal docker network using addresses in the space.
Sometimes, this address space might already be in use. When this happens, Sophie will start successfully, but will be unreachable.

To fix this, follow these steps:

  1. choose an address space that is not in use, for example
  2. stop Sophie by running loom stop --everything
  3. update the /opt/loom/.conf/loom_config.yaml  file - update loom_network_subnet_range to match the chosen address space
  4. open the script under /opt/loom/bin/loom  and change loom_network_subnet_range accordingly
  5. start Sophie by running loom start

Once Sophie is up, it should now be accessible.
